TB Tips: Le Royal Monceau Raffles Paris

Good morning my dears!

Today I would like to tell you a little bit of the amazing experience that is staying at the Le Royal Monceau Hotel! You probably remember I stayed there in 2014 and, talking with my dear travel advisor, Chris Biagioni, we came to the conclusion that it was time to return to it … and it was really nice to go back to the hotel during the Fashion Week Haute Couture because besides it is very well located – is within walking distance of the Arc de Triumph and the Champs-Élysées – is one of the trendiest hotels at that time (the other days as well!) – it is always very well attended by artists, models and celebrities. The unique atmosphere of this place makes it special for everyone staying here, so we always want to go back … there is nothing like that in Paris!

The decoration can be considered one of the high points because it has 149 rooms which 64 are suites inspired on the 40s and 50s and decorated with art and furniture works designed by the designer Philippe Starck, also responsible for last renovation the hotel had in 2010.

Services are worthy of kingship … I felt pampered and special constantly.

The hotel offers a complete and perfect gastronomic repertoire, with restaurants and reputed chefs: La Cousine with desserts signed by Pierre Hermé and he is well known for its Sunday brunch, Italian Il Carpaccio who has a star in the Michelin Guide and the first restaurant of Nobu Matsuhisa chef in France, the Matsuhisa. It makes me want to go back!

Talking about its spa, “My Blend by Clarins” has won as “Best Spa city” of Europe in 2015! Maybe because in addition to the relaxing and beauty treatments, it offers a line of body products with “tailored” formulas for each one. That’s exclusivity indeed.

For those who want to explore the city in an alternative and European fashion way, the hotel offers its guests charming bicycles and also custom and themed itineraries.

To conclude this mix options beyond exorbitant, the hotel has its own art gallery, the ArtDistrict and a “concierge art” for art enthusiasts can enjoy a roadmap of contemporary art outside the obvious circuit of museums in Paris. Not to mention the cinema and the hotel bookstore.

Staying at this hotel is undoubtedly tré chic! I really recommend it!!!
